FEATURED ARTICLES FOR THE WEEK.

Formerlly known as Microrasbora sp ‘Galaxy’, now as Celestichthys margaritatus.

I just purchased 10 microrasbora sp. Galaxy from a local LFS and planning to breed them in time to come. Recently there was an article by practicalfishkeeping (UK) on the microrasbora sp. ‘galaxy’ coming to extinction due to over-collection since its first discovery in early 2006.

I will be posting more on the celestichthys margaritatus and hopefully will take a photo of two of them.

Check back to see if this article has been updated. If possible, it would be good if the microrasbora galaxies can be home bred.
